Company Founder Bert Ghavami launched Techni Edge in 1979 with the engineering mastery to put a sharper, longer-lasting edge on blades. Armed with years of hands-on industry experience, he and his associates developed custom equipment designed to produce the highest quality blades at affordable costs.

Today we manufacture over 250 different blades at our two New Jersey-based plants. Along the way, Bert has shown much loyalty to those who work at Techni Edge. Many of the same associates who helped him launch Techni Edge are still with the company and the average employee tenure company-wide is 15 years.
